My name is Sarah and since September I am doing an internship at t.e.a.m. Unternehmensberatung AG, which designs solutions for customers in the field of the SAP product landscape and provides advice on implementation and further development. During my time at the office in Eschborn, I was able to gain an insight into the diverse everyday work of a management consultant. Through active participation in several projects, e.g. supporting a customer in a BPO tender process, I learned how to set up a vendor selection process and how to think and act solution oriented. Furthermore, my tasks also include the creation of documentation in the area of financial accounting or the revision of workshop presentations in the area of materials management. I particularly like the fact that I can work on the processes in SAP independently, which gives me a deeper insight into the subject and gives me the opportunity to gain experience in more than one SAP module. In the course of my internship I will gain insight into the SAP module BW through the office in Luxembourg.

So far, I can say that I find both the field of activity and the cooperation with experienced consultants very exciting and diverse. The team atmosphere is super pleasant and I already feel like a real team member. I am actively involved and if I have any questions, I can always find a contact person who can help me. Unfortunately, due to the current Corona pandemic, I can’t gain any experience with on-site customer meetings, but many remote meetings take place which continue to ensure contact between customers and us and show me the procedures and processes. I am looking forward to the coming months and I am sure that I will take a lot with me from my internship at t.e.a.m for my future working life!
